Those with chronic diseases know the importance of exercising, however many are unsure why exercise is important, how to start, and what exercise are appropriate for them. The coaching will focus on the benefits of exercise, proper, safe exercises that can be done in a home or gym setting, and how to incorporate proper nutrition into their lifestyles

Wellness Program is dedicated to educating and encouraging all participants to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors by providing high quality programming on health and wellness concerns including physical activity, nutrition, disease prevention, along with mind and body balance.
