The back consists of 3 muscles group. They are the lattissimus dorsi (lats), the eractor spinae (lower back) and the rhomboids (shoulder blades). These 3 groups combine to assist in supporting the head, and trunk of the body, and rotation. Training your back muscles will help you reduce back fat and give your upper body a toned look.
