We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. To achieve total wellness takes proper eating, exercise and living a balanced life. As a team, we help you incorporate healthy behaviors in your life to help you lose weight in all of our health and wellness programs. You will be assigned a personal trainer, a dietitian and a motivational counselor, who will walk through every step. We will teach you how to shop for healthy groceries without breaking the bank, show you how to prepare healthy snacks, meal planning for yourself and/or your family, proper exercises for you to gain the most results in the shortest amount of time, overcome emotional eating behaviors and how you can be a source of motivation and encouragement to your family members and friends.
Everyone’s nutritional program requirements are different. Therefore, general weight loss programs don’t always work. We will assess your nutritional needs and create meal plans that will ensure weight loss success. This program will include:
1) meal planning
2) grocery shopping consultation
3) meal preparation.
Here is where we make sure that you are under the right exercise guidelines and that you are exercising with the right intensity. We will teach you how to incorporate exercise into your busy schedule, proper exercise techniques, and give you a workout guideline to follow when you are not meeting with your personal trainer.
Our motivational coaches will help you achieve total mind, body and spirit balance. Together, you and your coach will identify obstacles to your weight loss goals and will help you overcome them.
